By Previous article i have some question from an Indonesian New distiller of Agarwood oil. By my new article i am trying to reply & help to new distiller of Agarwood oil, so lets read how to distill perfect Agarwood Oil/ Oud/ Oudh.

Really happy to see your article about Agarwood, and we really want to discuses more. My name is Alfa Alhajj from Indonesia; I am an Agarwood distiller, NEW. :)
After I distill many class of Agarwood, I really disappointed with what I get, I have machine that the capacity is 100 liters, when I put 3kg Agarwood and distill it with 50 liters water, I steam it, I did not get any oil, less then 1ml maybe 0.3ml, but when I put the Agarwood at other machine, high temperature machine, I steam it and press the hot at 150 Celsius, a use Valve (pressure tools) and I get 3ml oil, that the color is black.
I would like to know, how much oil that you get from how much Agarwood, and how big is your machine.
Really need your advice I also put the Agarwood into water in 15 days

I felt happy to hear that there are many peoples in the world, who are interested in Agarwood oil & Know to its mystery and thanks to you for give me an opportunity to guide this great subject. Thank you so much for your question and i request to all peoples, who interested in those products to ask or suggest to me for read articles on this subject, i love to help peoples to search real & good quality products & tell more him all about the products.

But I am very disappointed & bad feels, when i receive a call from new Caledonia at last week. A Essential Oils Customer tell me that he are device by an Indian supplier with his adulterated Agarwood oil, some of absolute etc and they tell me that they never will buying from Indian supplier again. I am soaked, who man crash the name of India. Then I offered to him for free of cost samples of products & say him to check this sample, it can help you to change your mind about Indian, but unfortunate I have not any response from this customer by last night. So It is very painfully for me that by the one man fault give bad result to all country distiller. " One dirty fish can be destroy all pond."

So I request to all customer of worlds that here in India available very great products & also many good peoples, first check small sample before buying with any supplier. Never go with cheap products & free offer.

Now I come on reply to question of Mr. Alfa Alhajj

Sir, I want to tell you first that Agarwood oil comes from an unique types of fungus. In reality it come from that fungus not from wood. you can see there are some black spot in your agrwood that is fungus.
First you need to separate this fungus by the whole wood of Agarwood. After this cut this fungus in small pieces and put this pieces in the water tank for 15 days, then you can see there are lot of insect in water tank after 15 days. than wood are ready to distillation. then by using of steam distillation you can obtain rare Agarwood Oil. With in three days of distillation you will find Double Super Grades of Agarwood Oil & after 12-15 day you will find Super Grade of Agarwood Oil.

If You want to obtain boya-paste, so you must be distill unfungus area of Agarwood, but before distillation never forget to cut small pieces & drop in water tank for 15 days. I want to told you that boya-paste is a cheapest oil in the line of Agarwood oil. Its appearance are just like wax and can be used in cream & others products. Price is low then above all grade. Boya Paste cannot be using a perfume, because it is so thick as wax & unable to put on skin.

If you right separate fungus by wood, then you must be get 2 tola (24g) of Double Super Grade Agarwood Oil & 2 tola (24g) of Super Grade, Never forget to put this oil in sunlight (Front of Sun) daily for better smell & good tenacity.

At Last I want to ask those peoples, who are interested in real products, that India are a country, who have many excellent products like Sandalwood oil, Agarwood Oil, Jatamansi (Spikenard), Nagarmoth (Cypriol Oil) etc. Never think all of Indian supplier are wrong.
